Went into the store and saw that there was sale underneath all the soda 12 packs saying "3/14.99, must 3"

I go ahead and buy 3. Then at the self checkout it rings up at buy 2 get 1 free, which at $9.99 each is a much different price than advertised. I go ahead and ask for help with a manager who says it's wrong and proceeds to remove the sale advertisement for all the sodas to prevent me from taking a picture as proof and forcing me to pay the higher price.

What a bait and switch and scummy way of doing business CVS. Do better.

I had a major problem with the store #11217 @ 500 Seventh Avenue, manager Perla. If the corporation does not investigate this incident, this will be a legal issue. The incident was happened 06-26-2024 @1:36 pm.
My father passed away 3 days ago and my mom collapsed, I wanted to buy the blood pressure monitor for my mom urgently. And I was waiting for a long time over 15 ~30 min.
Finally, someone came and I asked for the blood pressure monitor in the locked showcase.
I told her I was waiting for a long time, she said that was what happened and nothing she could do in nasty way.
I asked for the store manager, she said she was the store manager.
Unbelievable, store manager.
She was screaming at me and wouldn't sell the blood pressure monitor and shouting all cashiers not to make a sale on me because I complained I was waiting too long at the locked showcase. However I had to buy, and a cashier made a sale for me, the cashier was apologizing for such happened.
This was life and death experience.
I almost call 911 for help.
But I had to run to my mom.
I want the corporate to respond this.
Ironically, I built this place as a landlord.

People are polite here but the wait at the pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. Had an appointment for a Covid vaccine and I had to wait for what felt like more than 30 minutes to finally get jabbed in the arm. Four other people were waiting for their vaccines as well. I felt bad because the pharmacist was clearly busy, answering questions, typing notes into a computer, but to wait that long for a vaccine is wild, I might as well go to the doctor’s office. I got an email notification about my new “vaccine record” indicating I had received the vaccine before I even physically got the injection. By the time the pharmacist came to actually vaccinate me she had four different vaccines in hand and was flipping through paperwork while carrying them to see which vaccine I was there for. They should provide more staffing because she was trying to be efficient, but the fact that she was flustered looking through the tiny labels of the vaccine to find the one I was there for was concerning. She easily could have gotten mixed up due to carrying multiple needles in hand. Also used the same gloves she was walking around in and grabbed the bandaid off of the dirty table to put on my arm. They need to provide more support, this was my second vaccine at this site, the first time I had a bit for ten minutes but the process wasn’t nearly this bad as this time.

Waste of time. Everything is locked up. I kept pushing button for help. No one came in 10 min. I walked out.

Don't make it hard for people to give you money.

this gotta be the worst pharmacy i’ve ever went to. i rang the bell 4 times in 20 minutes and nobody came! the pharmacist had to call the staff after he saw me wait this long! I wouldn’t trust this pharmacy with my life. Ill go somewhere else next time

Everything is also way too expensive! the items i needed were 3$ more than on the website! crazy!

The website says they do Passport photos, but I was told that this store doesn't do them when I went in to get one.

Staff at this location can be soooo rude at times. One time I went to do self checkout one time, and I didn't know the register was closed, since there was no sign. The manager who seemed to have be working the machines raised his voice at me to say that machine was closed. Like I supposed to know that since there was no sign. I just stared at him for a moment at disbelief with how is possible for him to think that is an acceptable way to treat customers.
