This Publix is my go-to grocery store! The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a great selection of fresh produce, meats, and specialty items. The employees are consistently friendly and willing to help, whether it’s finding an item or bagging groceries. I especially love their bakery and deli – the subs are unbeatable! Shopping here is genuinely a pleasant experience, and you can tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend for quality, convenience, and service!

Overall, this is a great Publix! The store is very clean and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is that on multiple occasions I have ordered a sub online, arrived past the pick up time, only to find out the sandwich was not ready. Most recently, I arrived 22 minutes after the pick up time and they were still working on it. Hardly anybody was at the counter. The whole point of ordering online was for the convenience and being able to come and pick up my sandwich at the scheduled pick up time. If they are having difficulty honoring the pick up times, they should probably re-evaluate their schedule and what they are promising the customers. Aside from this, this is a great Publix and will be perfect if they can correct this issue.

So disappointed with pharmacy service. Pharmacist not friendly at all. I waited for my med for one hour before I was told needed fifteen minutes more to fill. After the 15min need to wait until pharmacist verified medication. Where I was standing I was able to see Pharmacists taking bubbles out of the vaccine syringes for 20min before he verified my medication which took one min. At check out not a single word or even look from the Pharmacists my way. No empathy at all. The only answer I got from front staff is that I came at a bad time.

What is happening with Publix.
This publix is having management issues. I come in one day the lady at the Deli decide to help every white customer before me to the point that before I open my mouth the white lady next to me when off on her for being an ignorant racist. And today I place an order online not to have to deal with the same problem and an 2 hours later after I was giving an schedule time of 3:35pm for pick up I gave them til 3:45pm to make sure it was done and I get there and they just getting started on my order. Management need to do their job. And both times when I ask for the manager they are not available.

I don’t know why all the old ladies in the bakery have to be such grumps all the time. I called to ask what’s the best time to come talk about a custom cake. Arrived in the morning and I was treated like I was the biggest inconvenience. These bakers are the last people I want baking my sons birthday cake. Try a lil to look like you care about baking a cake for kid!
