Appletree Market is a classic corner deli crammed with most items you would find at a full service grocery. Plenty of packaged goods at NY prices with the convenience of being around the corner. Pretty good produce section. Meat section a bit limited. Deli counter has a wide selection of sandwiches and salads. Plenty of bottled beverages.

This has to be the worst market in NYC. I order oatmeal and received a cup of soup. The oatmeal was so water down no thickness no favor. Than my sandwich was pounded with ketchup when I ask for just a little. Last I ask for ice tea lemon snapple and got half&half. Get it together people. I worked up the street from this place for 12yrs and had enough of their service. You just lost a customer!!!

Nice sized deli/market. For lunch there is a large selection of different sandwiches from which to choose from. The heroes are decent sized and reasonably priced. I was never disappointed with anything that I ate from here. Overall not a bad spot to grab a bite.

I was used to have their breakfast sandwiches for over 10 years. However, a recent one ended up very bad. The guy burned my roll. I guess, yes, you could burn it by not controlling toaster well. Then should you make a new one instead of selling it? So disgraceful.

This is such a convenient spot for us to get groceries. Haven't eaten from the deli so I can't comment on that, but I was surprised at how large the selection of groceries are. We usually just go here for all our staples. The prices are pretty comparable to other grocery stores in the neighborhood. The cashiers are pretty friendly even if some of them like to play on their phones more than help customers.

Philly cheese steak is steakems and no restroom for customers. Poor attitude from guy at register telling me they don't have restrooms. Will continue to give my business elsewhere. Took a point off for each inconvenience.

A great place for those who live nearby. You can buy all the basic stuff here and even more. Always fresh fruit and veggies, delicious coffee by Brooklyn lab and Lindt chocolate. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful too!
