Placed an order over 6 weeks ago for 2 magnetic bracelets, they said shipping would take 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks I contacted the company asking where my order was. Another week later they said the order didn't go through. When I checked my records the order was reversed for some odd reason. Regardless it took the effort of myself asking where it was too be notified if the issue. I Immediately cancelled my order and will never do business with this company again! I am so glad I didn't attempt to place a larger order!!! Do not order from this company!!!!!

As a result of a google search for “Arctic Hat”, I purchased one from Dream Products. I never heard of Dream Products before, and naturally was a bit apprehensive dealing with an unfamiliar company found on the web.

My Dream Products experience was very good. The website was easy to navigate during the purchasing process. I especially liked that Dream Products provides free shipping and handling, and also does not charge sales tax (except California). Other websites require you to provide credit card info before you find out the amount you will be billed and if they charge for shipping and sales tax and sometimes additional fees. That is an immediate turnoff for me.

My order was received in good condition within the promised 2 week shipping time.

This was my first experience with Dream Products. I will gladly deal with them again.

Worst company ever!! Tried to order the lady I take care of a pillow and the guy that help me over the phone charged me twice, I called back to fix it and the lady said they never charged me and the order never went through so as soon as we got off the phone I received an email saying she canceled my order !! So now I’m 82 dollars down with no pillow. This company targets the older crowd and definitely takes advantage of them. This is WRONG. It’s 2021 not 2007! work on your technical issues!!

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company gets less than 1 star. I ordered some bras June 1, 2020 and they cashed my check June 9, 2020. Here it is July 22, 2020 and still no bras. At first they gave me a tracking number but Post Office said it was never sent. Now they will not even answer an email and I have sent many. Not a reputable company!

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!
My g/f's father ordered 2 pairs of compression stockings by mail in October of 2017, paid by check...Check was processed by the company on October 31. As of December 10th 2017, He had not received the order. I called the company on December 18 2017 after discovering that NONE of their phone numbers on their ads and website would get through. I spoke to customer service. They had to find the processed check, which supposedly would take them 24 hours and they would call me back. They didn't call, so I rang them back. They found the check, we reviewed the order, and I was given a reference number. When I have called back to check the status of the order, their system cannot seem to find it. It is now December 22nd, and the item has NOT arrived. I will be calling them for a refund if the merchandise does not show up. This company is obviously headed for a class action lawsuit.

One Star Too Many. I ordered 2 pr support hose. Tried one pair on. They were too large. They will not accept returns on opened packages so I returned the unopened pair with their no "return authorized label" asking for a replacement not a refund. after two months a call to customer service said I had to prove I returned them. Not in the least customer oriented and appear to not care. Don't buy anything from these people.

Ordered 2 pairs of Clogs, the 1st week in May. At first, the order process appeared to be going along smoothly. Received one email order confirmation from Dream Products, in which there was a mention that due to COVID, orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to be completed. However, within 2-3 days, the order went from “being processed” to “pending” to unexplainably being removed. Have sent repeated emails to inquire about the order and NO ONE FROM DREAM PRODUCTS HAS REPLIED. NOT THE BEST WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! Customer Service should be top priority, but it is not!

Go up
