Es una de las tiendas de H-E-B más organizado, limpio, ordenado y los empleados súper amables dispuestos a ayudar mi puntuación de 3 estrellas es por cajeros, solo tenías disponible 2 cajas, la cajera que me atendió no respondió los buenos días y siempre estuvo con cara de amargada. La persona que estaba colocando los productos en las bolsas tenía mala actitud, nunca estuvo dispuesto a ayudar, hice una compra súper grande y tenía mi bebé en brazo y hasta tuve que poner algunas bolsas en el carrito de compras por que el señor no las quiso poner en carro. Es lamentable que por algunas personas hagan una mala experiencia.

Highly recommend this H-E-B!!! David from the Meat market was nothing short of absolutely fantastic!! Another H-E-B located in the area meat market was closed early for the night and this store was open but also out of the meat that I wanted, And he substituted for another meat and made this customer very very pleased. Give this man a raise and keep up the fantastic work!

Best Grocery Chain by far obviously but beyond that. These guys custom roasted me a whole case of green chilies to my preference without batting an eye and it was on a day when they were holding an event and were clearly busy. MVPs all of them

This is my preferred location for my once a week or more grocery runs since their opening a few years back. It’s convenient, has all that I need and I know exactly where to find just about everything. The staff is super friendly and consistent. However: I am furious at and can no longer trust the fish/seafood department. I will have to buy all my seafood somewhere else. Three times now I have purchased fish, only to realize once at home that the fish IS NOT FRESH. I cannot understand why the person who selects and wraps up my fish cannot smell how rancid the fish is. It jumps at you as soon as you open the package. This is unacceptable. Three times is too much for me to ever trust them again, especially since I have brought it up to the store manager’s attention already. I will have to drive up to Whole Foods now, adding extra time and gas to my grocery runs. Not a happy customer anymore.

Good location, convenient transportation, very clean and tidy, friendly attitude of the staff, frequent discounts, good prices.

HEB has an offer on "core power." The sign clearly says Vanilla 12 CT. and the sign is on the chocolate that is next to the vanilla. So the sign was put on the wrong flavor, with no specifications on grams. When it was time to pay, it was a regular price. I called a manager to adjust the price and showed him the picture. He was doubting and asked me where's that sign was 3 times! Finally, he started walking annoyingly, and I should just follow without even sharing with me what we are about to go or do. Teenagers who were around the cashier started to give faces and talk about me returning back for the difference. Vary disrespectful starting from the manger. This location and its employees need to learn customer service, and it was my same concern previous review

The customer service suck. 1 ? is not even fair.

It's HEB! What else do you need to know! They have everything any other HEB has and I think their layout is better than the FM 1463 store. It also is always clean and not a pain to get in and out of with all of the construction at the other store.
