In eerste instantie niet zo’n goede ervaring gehad. Kwaliteit van de producten was goed, maar het brood zelf was taai, waardoor we het niet op konden eten.
Personeel dat hier op deze dag werkte, leek niet geïnteresseerd en overhandigde ons zonder een opmerking, over de nog volle borden, de rekening.

Uiteindelijk na toch mijn mening te hebben gedeeld via google reviews, uitgenodigd door Chiara zelf om de broodjes en eventueel overige producten nog een kans te geven, gezien er het 1 en ander niet zoals gewild was verlopen.

Naast de kwaliteit en de service, vindt ik het belangrijk dat bedrijven in de horeca het doel hebben om klanten met een goed gevoel de deur uit te laten gaan en ook te luisteren naar eventuele feedback, van het aanbod hebben we daarom ook gebruik gemaakt.

We hebben 4 broodjes geprobeerd, kaas en cappuccino’s. Deze keer was alles van fantastische kwaliteit. Het beleg was kwalitatief net zo goed als de vorige keer en de broodjes waren dit maal vers en nog warm.

De service was top, en ook de andere mensen in de zaak werden enthousiast te woord gestaan en voorzien van alle informatie die nodig was om de beste keuzes te maken.

Personeel is vriendelijk en winkel zit op een goede plek. Ik ben een enorme Aranchini liefhebber na mijn bezoek in Sicilië. In nederland zoek ik dus naar de aranchinis die net zo goed zijn als daar.

Helaas was dat hier niet zo. Wellicht een andere vulling de volgende keer.

Update de volgende keer is geweest vandaag. Pistache Aranchini. Helaas ook niet geweldig. Buitenkant warm binnenkant koud.

La Bottega is a fantastic venue for a fun and delicious team-building experience! I was already familiar with La Bottega as a shop and had participated in the Italian aperitivo a couple of times. So, when I asked Chiara to organize a team-building event for 25 people, I knew it would be an amazing experience.

We participated in an Italian aperitivo workshop where we split into three groups, each responsible for a different station: cocktails, appetizers, and tiramisu. Everyone had a great time, enjoyed authentic Italian food, and learned how to make a delicious tiramisu and bruschetta.

The staff was amazing! They explained everything with enthusiasm, shared the origins of our ingredients, and encouraged us to get creative. The whole team had a great time and really appreciated the high quality of the food.

I absolutely recommend La Bottega for a team-building event!

Great place for coffee and lunch or snacks! We ordered vegetarian lasagna and the vegan sandwich made with 🫑 bell peppers and excellent olive oil! Coffee was also great 👍
Staff is super friendly and service was great! The place also carries lots of sicilian produce specially olive oils.
