Picked up some empty crates in Idaho to be delivered at Pro lines. Got here at 7:45 am got a door right away. Paperwork in hand by 8:30 am. Nice employees. No overnight parking. I didn't see any side street parking close by.

162nd and fourth plain today your truck #88 at 1:39 was driving as though he was driving a sports car. A semi dump truck and trailer. It was going in and out of traffic way too fast. Faster than the speed limit. Not safe at all. Especially when your in a smaller than semi vehicle near that truck. Not cool!!! March 20, 2023.

They called me on Monday to schedule the delivery of the desk for Tuesday between 10am-2pm.

I made the necessary work arrangements to be home for the delivery. At 3 o'clock on Tuesday I called their customer support line to find out what happened, at which point they informed me that the paperwork had never been processed properly and that it never made it on the truck.

She specifically said "This happens all the time it's no big deal..." at which point I informed her that people being home from work is kind of a big deal.

I then rescheduled with her to have the table delivered again today between 11-3pm.

At 3 o'clock today I called to find out what happened and effectively they told me the exact same thing happened. Apparently the driver called in sick this morning but they failed to communicate to me that it wasn't going to arrive at all....again.

I asked for some reconciliation of cost or refund and they said 'we don't do those.'

Extremely low level of professionalism and would not recommend.

This place is awful. Everyone seems so miserable and if you happen to be delivering a load...good luck. We arrived and were told we would have to wait over 12 hours to be unloaded. Very rude, nasty, and unorganized.

Been here since 3 am they require you to call 8 hours ahead of your arrival and its 12:40 and still here i let you do the imagination of being here .

Good people, I drop off big crates here for my furniture business and they do a great job unloading and working with me.

Even you have appointment you need to wait 7-8 hours...that’s better to make 10 hours sleep here...

I am a driver I reached over here at 5:45 and the do start unloading truck next day 9:00 in the morning they have services is here bad very badddddd after 16. Hours there start unloading they bother the drivers!!
