This is our company's third year partnering with Stuffed Animal Pros for our promotional fundraising stuffy, and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else! Our account manager Susan is phenomenal and has helped bring our vision to life each year, working with the design team and production team to help us with quality control, and finding solutions within our budget. Each year they have gone above and beyond, adding little extras to the design bringing as much joy and passion to our project as we do for the benefit of child-focused non-profits in our community. They have even helped us with cross-promotion, connecting us with their marketing and social media team, too. And on top of it, this year they introduced some new stuffy options for "fur" and stuffing to give us more choice and flexibility so we can add variety to our growing fundraising program. Once we announce our fundraising partner for the year I'll come back and share photos of what they've developed for us so other considering working with them can see the versatility. Working through the sample took a while but their team was very helpful and patient with all my questions. The bulk order was done really fast and arrived at my office within 5 days after it was done! We couldn't be happier with our items and can't wait to order more.

After providing images with directions on how to fix any issues I had with their design updates, after several weeks to months on back and forth reassurance that my design would be completed they said they image was too difficult to complete. It was supposed to be a bulk order and after approximately two months they stated they were doing it by hand and it would be too time consuming and expensive to do yet didnt bother to provide a new quote. My design was clear from the beginning and they should have been more professional and honest. If the design was too hard to do they could have easily said so from day one. They cannot follow easy directions even after I drew them out for them. Refuses to refund and refuses to provide a solution for manufacturing issues. They assured the prototype would be completed with all changes requested then didnot send anymore photos. They just sent the plushie over without the proper designs agreed upon. 3d modeling provided at an additional cost is a waste. Terrible experience.

Terrible Service, I did exactly what they asked, give size request, image, and any details needed... then they "Came back" or emailed which i did not receive, benefit of the doubt, maybe spam, but asking for "FULL body shot" umm yes, i gave them full body shot, asking for more details, not sure how much more details I can get, with the image... not worth it, best do somewhere else where they know what they are doing.
