Hair service disaster. I wanted to retouch my highlights and instead came out looking like a complete blonde. It was so harsh-looking and of course looked uneven, i had all different tones of blonde. Not to mention that I was receiving this service at the same time someone else had their service scheduled, so imagine the outcome. Layers were cut so uneven as well and the overprocessing caused alot of hair fallout. Tried to reason with management about a PARTIAL refund and they made my life impossible. I made it clear i did not want it fixed by anyone there as ive learned my lesson on not letting anyone there do my hair again. On call their no refund policy was never mentioned until down the road and their only justification at first for no refund was simply naming all the services I got? Complete waste of money and inconsiderate.

If i could give this store 0 stars, I would. I went in to get a cologne and found the staff to be very unhelpful. I saw where the cologne was and just simply asked a worker to unlock the door for me (not sure his name but he had short blonde hair)he told me to wait, proceeded to help others, i asked him again for help, proceeded to just stare at me and ignore me and help others. He then continued to stare at me, watching me waiting for him to help me and then exclaimed he was going on break. I then chose to just leave the store very annoyed, if you don’t want to do your job then maybe you shouldn’t work there

I have been a client of Susan for over 25 years. She is the best hair stylist I have ever had. She takes her time to ensure I get exactly what I want despite the fact her services are always in demand. Sometimes if I have to wait because she is so busy but it is worth the wait. Susan is friendly and professional at all times. I highly recommend her.

Her service is consistently phenomenal—she always makes me feel comfortable and perfectly meets all my hair needs. The entire staff is wonderful too. I love this Ulta, everyone is extremely friendly!! I’ve done my hair here a couple of times and I always go to Naomi. She is amazing, she always does her thing when it comes to my hair and leaves it exactly how I want it. Even after dyeing it with her, my hair always feels extremely healthy!!! Thank you Naomi ❤️
