Rude and lazy… the shift manager that was their Sept 24th around 5:43 was rude and lazy and when I left to call the store no one picked up. Worst Walgreens location I have ever been too. I used to work for this company and I remember this company being very big on customer service, every location I been to since then hold the same standards but this one is the worst.

I recently visited this store and had a very very disappointing experience. I waited for 20 minutes at photo pickup desk but the guy at front desk keep saying me 1 min someone will be there and he is keep billing other customer. After 20 min one employee came and attended me at photo pickup order, i thought it will be few min just to pickup photo which is already ready. once he checked my order by name and we found out it is incomplete order(Order process by KOMI), there is no frame its just plan photo now he did something at his computer and trying to make the order complete now the front desk guy came to photo desk and they chatted something and not telling me what they are doing how long I need to wait since I was with 2 kids 9 month and 4 yr old. when I asked how long it will take he said few min it will be ready he is doing the frame.
He did the frame and packed my order in the envelop without showing. since it was already 30-40 I was in hurry to leave the place. paid the money and thought let me check if it is correct or not.

when Opened and checked it seems transparent photo protection film was missing in the frame, I right away went to him and showed that this is not how it should be done. he took it and started checking the film but could not find it and later he started attending other customer without telling me anything.

I approached the first person asking to check my order he refused saying you should be in line then only I can help you.

Then is same person "ALLEN" supposed to be lead during that time. I asked him to call the manager and he said we dont have manager here now. come tomorrow if you want to speak with him/her.

I argued its not fair, I waiting since last 40 min now you are saying i need to wait more, he started asking where is receipt and all.

I asked if i can not meet to manager please refund the money back and he refused and told wait for 5 min but I no 5 min mean 30 min.

Left the store with bitter taste and they did not give my photo/frame back which they charged money.

Moral of the storage "WORST STORE OF MY LIFE". you might think I am bias but 2.5 star on the store tells the same story.

They really need customer training and empathy and respect their time.

ALLEN is the shift lead doesn't no how to handle the situation. he pointing figure to his coworker.

No wonder why Walgreens is going out of business. I called them up on their main line and made an appointment for a rabies shot after getting bitten by a racoon. I visited the Westfield store that I made the appointment with and they did not have the vaccine. They said that after I made the appointment, I should have called. How would I know to do that? They told me that the Edison store had it. I drove to Edison and got there at 1:40 to find out that they are closed until 2:00 for lunch. When the staff returned they told me that they didn't have the vaccine and why did I come there. I told them that Westfield sent me. After searching, they found that they had 1 shot. After giving them all of my info and filling out a form, at 2:30 they told me that they could not administrator a shot post-bite, only pre-bite. I wasted 2.5 hours dealing with Walgreens. Never again.

Hell like service. Waited almost 1 hour for couple of prints. People who work here are not at interested in working. Get a life people dont waste others time as you are wasting your time in the store.

Two incidents happened with me-
1. I went for COVID-19 testing and they did not honor my insurance and as per Walgreens, insurance companies stopped honoring COVID-19 testing now. It was evening 6 and my insurance helpline was not available. Because I had high fever so I paid 130$ from my pocket for testing. Next day my insurance company confirmed that there is no decline and please claim this.
2. Our pediatrician sent prescription for my son to this pharmacy in morning. In afternoon I call pharmacy that if prescription is ready to pickup and waiting more than 1 hour on call but no one pick the call. Then I drive there and then very frustrated to see that phone was continued ringing but no one was picking in pharmacy.

Stay away from this pharmacy.

No option to rate ‘0’ here, hence giving ‘1’ star.
Pathetic group of lousy people working in this pharmacy. No seriousness, not responsible and no service mindset. They work taking their own sweet time without understanding customers need & their urgency. They never pick-up phone calls…if picked, it will go on-hold and eventually gets disconnected. They always says as the doctors prescriptions not arrived. I checked with doctor and they confirmed that it was sent long before. Not sure how in the world only this pharmacy did not get the doctors prescriptions ontime (it happened to me before also, at the same pharmacy). Even the pharmacist behaves bad. I reached out to ‘Tina Patel’ with the hope that she will understand and help, but she is even more pathetic. She was so rude and started shouting at customer stating they can’t do anything.
Eventually I went back to my doctor and she sent the proscription to a nearby CVS and I got the medicine within few minutes.

* Walgreen Management should take a close look at why this store is rated so poor *

Every time I come to this store it takes the cashier several minutes to come and assist me. They usually stare at their phone or items in the store and ignore you until you ask for assistance, sometimes more then once. They are never polite or friendly and it takes several minutes just to complete the purchase of a soda or drink. I would give 0 stars
